After Presales conducts a thorough discovery, AI can help the Sale Engineer distill the most relevant customer needs, preferences, and pain points quickly.
This allows the presales team to tailor their approach to the prospect and deliver highly relevant demos that stress value and highlight relevant aspects of the solution.
Embracing AI may streamline many aspects of the sales process, but it doesn't eliminate the need for presales to constantly validate that understanding relative to the solution they sell.
